"Cute, but I wasn’t totally sold"
The designs are definitely cute, but they felt a little too plain for my taste. I was kind of worried they might look better in the photos than in person, so I didn’t want to fool myself into loving them just because they were cute.

"Adorable plush... but the packaging was terrible"
The plush itself is cute, but the way it arrived was disappointing. It came in this thin bag with almost no protection, and the box inside was bent up and smashed... not exactly what you want when it’s meant to be a gift.

It just made the whole thing feel a little cheap and careless, especially for the price. The item was okay, but the packaging really ruined the experience for me... I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve that.

"Almost Perfect, Except for One Tiny Color Disaster"
My order was mostly right, thank goodness, but they did send one item in the wrong color, which felt a little tragic in the moment. Everything else was totally fine and arrived as expected, so I’m not devastated forever or anything, just mildly heartbroken over that one mix-up.

"Customer service did get back to me eventually..."
Customer service did get back to me eventually, but it took a few days and I had to follow up myself, which was a little confusing?? They were polite once they responded, so I wouldn’t say it was bad, just slower than I expected.

"Shipping took forever..."
I ordered from bellzi.com thinking it would show up in a normal amount of time, but wow, the shipping was so slow. I kept checking for updates and they didn’t really tell me much, so I was just kind of waiting and waiting... By the time it finally got here, I was already frustrated. The item is cute, but the shipping experience makes me not really want to order again...

"I picked up a plush from Bellzi and..."
I picked up a plush from Bellzi and, shockingly, it didn’t feel like something won out of a claw machine that gave up on life. It’s not exactly bargain-bin cheap, but the quality is definitely better than a lot of random stuffed toys I’ve bought before. Shipping was fine too, which is always a pleasant miracle. I’d probably buy another one if there’s a sale...

"Disappointing gift and no clear next steps"
I bought this as a birthday gift, but when it showed up it looked smaller and not nearly as nice as the photos. The box was a bit squished too, which made it feel kind of cheap to hand over. I wasn’t even sure what I was supposed to do next, return it, exchange it, contact someone, because the next steps weren’t very clear. I ended up having to run out and buy a different gift last minute

"Soft, but I expected a little more plushness"
I’ll give it this: the plush is really soft and nice to hold. I’ve been keeping it on the couch and sometimes near my pillow, and it definitely has that cozy, comforting feel when you just want something soft nearby.
That said, my personal take is that it doesn’t feel quite as full or stuffed as I was expecting for the price. It’s still cute and comfortable, so I don’t regret getting it, but I wouldn’t say it completely wowed me
